We are searching for you, our new UX/UI Designer: creative, user-focused, and detail-oriented.

The Job

Full-time 8h/day
On-site work environment (Brasov, Romania)

The Responsibilities

UX Architecture & Research: Meet with clients to understand their business goals and user needs. Conduct user research, map out user journeys, and develop clear UX strategies in collaboration with the project team.
UX/UI Concept & Prototyping: Design websites, applications, and dashboards following an agile process. Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity interfaces that balance usability and visual appeal.
UX/UI Presentations: Present design concepts and decisions to clients, articulating the rationale behind your work. Collaborate closely with the development team to ensure accurate implementation and maintain design consistency throughout the project lifecycle.
