We are searching for you, our new office manager: smart, focused, organized.

The Job

You will work from our Brasov office (hybrid work environment).
You will monitor office management and designs innovative work systems
You will oversee general office operations and give reports to the management
You will be in charge with staff interactions and respond to their queries on office management issues
You will oversee guest experience, keep up with office emails and answer direct phone calls
You will coordinate appointments and schedules and manages staff calendars
You will manage filing systems and office supplies, maintain IT infrastructure and keep inventory of orders
You will work with the HR team to update office policies and onboard new hires
You will plan all in-house or off-site activities of the organization
You will arrange travel processes, including flight and hotel booking, and car rentals

What we need

A responsibility taker & proactive doer with previous experience as an office manager in creative industries.
Someone available to attend meetings and events in Brasov.
Someone who speaks ‘operational’ and ‘management’ fluently—English too.
