We are searching for you, our new account manager: smart, organized, focused.

The Job

You will work from our Bucharest office (hybrid work environment).
You will manage projects from signing the contract to final delivery.
You will build and maintain a strong relationship with our clients, external collaborators (freelancers, other agencies, print houses, etc.), and internal team.
You will upsell and make project proposals for existing clients.
You will be part of our brainstorming and feedback sessions—we want to hear your different view.
You will make sure our projects aren’t just good; they’re ‘High Contrast’ good.

What we need

A responsibility taker & proactive doer with previous experience as an account manager in creative industries.
Someone available to attend client meetings and events in Bucharest.
Someone who speaks ‘client’ and ‘creative’ fluently—English too.

Colleagues with encyclopedia-level know-how to learn from.
An in-house book with all the processes in place in a tested agile framework.
