The Job

Full-time 8h/day
On-site work environment (Bucharest, Romania)

The Responsibilities

Strategic Client Leadership: Develop and nurture long-term strategic relationships with key clients, acting as their trusted advisor on branding and business objectives. Align client business goals with agency strategy, ensuring holistic and impactful branding solutions.
Business Development & Growth: Lead account growth initiatives by identifying new opportunities, pitching strategic proposals, and guiding upselling and cross-selling within existing accounts. Collaborate with leadership to expand the agency’s portfolio and reputation in the branding industry.
Team Leadership & Project Oversight: Lead and mentor account managers and project teams, ensuring high-quality delivery, client satisfaction, and operational excellence. Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, managing timelines, budgets, and resources across accounts. Ensure all projects reflect the agency’s creative standards and strategic vision.
