The Job

Full-time 8h/day
On-site work environment (Bucharest, Romania)

The Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, collaborators, and internal teams. Act as the main communication bridge between clients and creative teams, ensuring clarity, alignment, and long-term partnership growth.
Business Growth & Opportunities: Identify opportunities within existing accounts, prepare proposals, and support upselling initiatives by understanding client needs and business objectives.
Project Management: Manage client projects from contract signing to final delivery, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met throughout the entire project lifecycle.
